Today,  I am living my life as a Mom in joy.  However there was a time in my life that I was fooling myself and trying to convince others by acting like everything was fine in life. The story I was telling myself caught up with me one day when I experienced a profound wake up call while driving my kids to school.  I allowed myself to face a fear I had tried to hard to hide...I admitted to myself I was a sad mom.  Looking at my life from the outside was I had so much to be grateful for but my inner world was longing for something I could not name.  Have you ever felt that way too? 

I became aware that I had a deep yearning for something more in my life. It did not matter how many to-do lists I completed or New Years Goals I achieved there still was a deep void. The last thing I wanted for my kids was to have a sad Momma.  So I reached out for help...I prayed.  My helped showed up and I was guided on a healing journey that I lovingly call my "Crazy Good/God Adventure".  Today I have healed into wholeness, I am peaceful, unafraid and living my life authentically as a Mom in Joy.  I have co-created with God many of my hearts desires and I am looking forward to new adventures.   Most importantly, I have discovered the truth of who I am and why I am here on this earth at this time and that has made all the difference in my world and my family's world.  In our redecorated home we enjoy a refreshed and renewed spirit of joy.

Now, I am passionate about helping others who may be asking similar questions, experiencing similar struggles, wondering if their is another way to live.  I am offering my story and my journey as a guiding light to help you on your own journey.  You can think of me as your Crazy Good Adventure Travel Guide to becoming a Mom In Joy Too!
